Due to the weather, we have been unable to complete the parking lot work so 24/7 access will close one more time on Wednesday, May 24, at 9 pm - Thursday, May 25, at 5:45 am.

YMCA Climbing Wall

Climbing wall is closed beginning may 1 until further notice. the auto belay system has been sent out for recertification.

Members & Community participants are welcome -- day pass fee applies TO COMMUNITY

The wall features four runs that vary in difficulty and auto-belay systems. Certified Y staff will be available during open climb times to lead your climbing adventure. You can look forward to climbing programs and this wall can also be reserved for birthday parties or group events.

NEW: Youth Climbing Club for ages 6-18!  
Climbing club teaches  safety, teamwork, communication skills, endurance, muscle strengthening, self-confidence and problem-solving skills.   Climbing games is also part of this instructional program and full body work out! Limited space available.

1. All climbers and/or parent must read and complete the waiver/release form. Minors under the age of 18 must have the waiver/agreement completed and signed by their parent/guardian. Parents must be present when children are 7 and under during open climbing.

2. The youngest to climb is whomever fits in the harness & helmet and weighs enough (approximately 40-60lbs) to engage the auto belay system.

3. Climbing is only available during staffed hours; an orientation will be given to climbers by trained staff during open times.
