Welcome to the Virtual RPM program, where you will go on exciting training rides with elite cyclists all across America. Using a large video projection, we will ride from the shoreline to the hills in this journey that is designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building. The rides will cover varied terrain as it tackles rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you great workouts. There are 10 rides total - 9 training rides and 1 race day in which you ride in the actual Collegiate Triathlon with the triathletes on the bike course for a super charged ride. Each ride varies from 32 minutes long to 79 minutes long.

Terrain: Rolling hills/hilly
Focus: Strength and recovery; climbing acceleration
Ride 2: June 8 | Blacksburg, Virginia-Blue Ridge Mountains
Mileage: 28 miles
Terrain: Rolling hills
Focus: Intervals-building sets, long tempo stretches, threshold burns
Ride 3: June 15 | Bear Mountain, New York-Harriman State Park
Mileage: 21 miles
Focus: Power and strength, tempo stretches
Ride 4: June 22 | Orange County, California - Saddleback Valley
Focus: Strength, hill efficiency
Ride 5: June 29 | Boulder, Colorado-Rockies (5430 Triathlon Course)
Focus: Hill climbing, cadence, breakaways, pace lining, isolated leg training
