Travel the World!
Welcome to the Virtual RPM program, where you will go on exciting training rides with elite cyclists all across America. Using a large video projection, we will ride from the shoreline to the hills in this journey that is designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building. The rides will cover varied terrain as it tackles rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you great workouts. Come find the inspiration you have been looking for to help you achieve your personal goals!
There are 10 rides total - 9 training rides and 1 race day in which you ride in the actual Collegiate Triathlon with the triathletes on the bike course for a super charged ride. Each ride varies from 32 minutes long to 79 minutes long.
Class meets Thursday mornings from 9:15-10:15 am. Schedule of travel locations coming soon!
