At the Y, no one is turned away due to inability to pay. That is one of the many reasons that makes the Y unique. We are dedicated to making the Y accessible to all, giving everyone the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. Through generous charitable donations made to our YMCA Annual Giving Campaign, financial assistance is provided for Y programs and membership to those in need using an income-based sliding fee scale. Participants will be asked to pay a portion of the fees.
Financial Assistance appointments will be conducted via email and phone until further notice. Download the application and submit along with other required documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not have scanning capabilities, taking a picture of each document with a smartphone and email directly by "sharing" is the next best thing! RENEWAL Financial Assistance Application
If you or your family would benefit from a Y membership and/or programs but cannot afford our standard fees, we encourage you to apply! The application process is easy and confidential. Income verification is required in order to apply. Financial assistance will be granted only to the extent that funds are available.
1. Complete the application (download one above or pick up at copy at the Y).
2. Gather copies of the required documentation listed on the application.
3. Email or call Stephanie Leach at 262.248.6211 x10 or email@example.com to begin the application process and go over our YMCA Financial Assistance Program.
4. All documentation is required to process your application request. You will also be asked to pay your first monthly payment, as well as a pro-rated joiner fee to start your new Y membership!
