Traditional Summer Day Camp for ages 4-12 at the Y is more than looking after kids. It’s about nurturing their development, providing a safe place to learn skills, build self-reliance and establishing healthy, trusting relationships.  Whether they come to camp for one week or the entire summer, friendships will blossom and memories will be made that will last a lifetime! Complimentary extended care is offered during camp weeks before and after camp which includes:
7-9 am Drop Off | 4-6 pm Pick Up

Counselors in Training (cit)   | YMCA | Ages 13-15

This program is for ages 13-15 that have the opportunity to shadow our Summer Day Camp Counselors.  Counselors in training have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills through hands-on planning and decision making with our camp staff.  They contribute to the development of the campers by being positive role models, while enhancing teamwork and embracing friendships.  This is the perfect program for teens that have the desire to become future camp counselors and leaders.

Weekly Fee:
Members:$83 | Community: $103

Jr. Specialty camp | ymca | AGES 4-6

Give your child the camp experience without being gone all day.
Monday | Wednesday | Friday | 9-11 am

Camp Dates: 
June 8,10,12 | Little Picassos
Children are introduced to using paintbrushes and their hands as tools to create art.  Little one's squish, squash and splat their way to creating their very own masterpieces.
July 13,15,17 | Lil' Scientists
Let your lil' scientist explore and experiment with new "elements" each day!  Activities will provide campers with hands-on learning to explore the world of science.
Aug 10,12,14| Jr. Superhero's
Campers will dive into action, suit up and save the day while learning about community heroes!
Fee Per Week:

Minimum 8 campers to run


veterans park | AGES 10-13

This camp has been created for the young sports enthusiast to improve skills across a variety of sports and perhaps find a new favorite sport!  T-shirt included.

June 22-25 | July 20-23 | August 10-13
9 am-1 pm

Weekly Fee:
Member: $85 | Community: $100

Jr. lifeguard class | YMCA | AGES 11-14

This class builds a foundation of knowledge, attitudes and skills for future lifeguards. From in water rescues, equipment use and shadowing lifeguards, participants get a real sense of being on the job.   CPR/First Aid/AED certification will also be available. Bring a disposable lunch, snacks, refillable water bottle, bathing suit and towel each day.

June 29-July 2 | 8:30 am-4 pm
Weekly Fee:
Member: $100 | Community: $128

If participants register for this class and the Babysitting Class, a $30 discount will be applied.

babysitting class | YMCA | AGES 11+

In this interactive and hands week long class, you will learn a wide range of topics including: who you can babysit, how to stay safe, do’s & don’t, how to stand out so you get more jobs, the best way to handle hard situations, fun activities to keep the children engaged and busy, what is the reasonable to request as compensation and how & when to ask for more.  Certification in CPR/First Aid is included! Bring a disposable lunch each day and a water bottle.

Weekly Fee:
Member: $125 | Community: $160
If participants register for this class and Jr. Lifeguard Class, a $30 discount will be  applied.



We are dedicated to ensuring that the Y is accessible to all, giving everyone an opportunity to learn,    grow and thrive. Through our YMCA Annual Giving Campaign, financial assistance is available for Y  programs and membership, using an income-based sliding fee scale. If your family is unable to afford  our standard day camp fees, assistance can be provided up to a 50% discount. Please contact us to  apply.
