This program is for ages 13-15 that have the opportunity to shadow our Summer Day Camp Counselors. Counselors in training have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills through hands-on planning and decision making with our camp staff. They contribute to the development of the campers by being positive role models, while enhancing teamwork and embracing friendships. This is the perfect program for teens that have the desire to become future camp counselors and leaders.
