Baseball & Softball Registration Form

The Geneva Lakes Family YMCA and the City of Lake Geneva Baseball program invites qualified baseball/softball teams to join us for our YMCA Summer Slam Tournament.  Hosted in beautiful Lake Geneva at Veterans Park, this complex offers six, newly renovated, youth fields including two lighted fields along with a full size lighted field complete with concessions and plenty of green space for warm-ups.

Teams play pool play games between Friday evening and Saturday with Championship Bracket play beginning on Sunday.  Some consolation games may be included during tournament play. Teams can play up to five games in total.

This is low level D Tournament and only open to players in the bottom quarter of all teams at their age level. Teams that would typically qualify for this tournament would be no cut, recreational and small community teams all created to give kids a chance to play regardless of ability.

Thank you for participating in the YMCA Summer Slam Tournament! Upon receipt of this registration form, the tournament rules will be sent to you for review.
