Under the direction of the Child Watch Coordinator, the Child Watch Staff are responsible for providing safe and nurturing child care for all children entering the YMCA Child Watch in harmony with the mission statement and policies of the Geneva Lakes Family YMCA. Monday-Saturday 7:15AM - noon or 4:15-7:30PM.

We are looking for an energetic fitness professional able to assist our Fitness Director in operating the Wellness Department. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Interacts with new and existing members to help them in achieving their health and well-being goals. Creates a welcoming environment for all members of all backgrounds and abilities. Free family YMCA membership for applicants household if hired. 

Maintains safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. Creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures and serves our members and community as a whole, through our YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Free family YMCA membership for applicants household if hired. 

We are looking for an energetic Personal Trainer who can help assist in the operations of the Wellness Department. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This fitness professional interacts with new and existing members to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. This Personal Trainer creates a welcoming environment for all members of all backgrounds and abilities. Need for evening and weekend trainers. Free family YMCA membership for applicants household if hired.
