Insurance Programs
The YMCA is proud to work with several insurance programs that offer discounts, reimbursements or even free memberships to their subscribers. Each program that is offered is different, and who is covered may vary. It is highly recommended that you contact the number on your insurance card to see what specific benefits your insurance program offers.
If your program is listed below, please come into the Y and bring your insurance card with you. Our Front Desk staff will help you get the forms filled out and walk you through the process of becoming a member. If you are uncertain and need assistance, please bring your insurance card with you and our friendly staff will check on your eligibility. We would be honored to have you begin your health and wellness journey with us today!
Currently, some of the Geneva Lakes Family YMCA accepted Wellness Plans includes:
GO 365
A health and wellness awards program offered through Humana Healthcare and your employer. Members can earn points for working out at the Geneva Lakes Family YMCA.
Silver & Fit
Designed specifically to help older adults achieve better health through regular exercise and health education. Silver & Fit provides eligible members with no-cost or low cost fitness memberships through arrangements with certain health plans.
Renew Active
Offered through various insurance carriers including United Healthcare and with select Medicare Advantage plans. Designed around you and your goals, Renew Active offers access to participating fitness locations both locally and nationally and group fitness classes all at no additional cost.
ONE PASS
Aaptiv
Offered through certain medicare plans this plan provides access to our YMCA to improve your heath and wellnss goals.
Additional plans do get added from time to time, so please check back or call your insurance carrier to see if you receive any discounts to belong to your Geneva Lakes Family YMCA. Please keep in mind that we do offer financial assistance if coverage is not available. (Note: Program-only participants (including Renew Active, Silver and Fit or other like programs) are not eligible for Nationwide Membership.
